About the Trainer
The trainer has over twenty years of experience working across various economic sectors, including education, telecommunications, and financial sectors. During this period, the trainer’s projects and efforts have received positive evaluations from users and professionals in these fields, as these projects have successfully created significant turning points in the way business is conducted
Currently, the trainer works as the Manager of the FinTech and Information Systems at the Palestinian Payment Services Company, which is owned by the Palestinian Monetary Authority. In this role, he leads and implements a range of internal digital transformation projects at the national level. These projects include specialized systems and solutions covering a wide array of activities, including the core functions of the institution. The trainer has played a prominent role in several key projects, such as the credit registry, supervisory technology (SupTech), the Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) system, automated check clearing (ACH), the national switch system, and the E-Sadad
The trainer possesses strong communication skills and has significantly contributed to documenting and preparing technical requirements, designing system and data architectures. He has extensive experience from participating in numerous trainings across a variety of sectors and countries, including technology, FinTech, digital transformation, technology management, planning, communications, and risk management
Additionally, the trainer collaborates closely with partners from various industries at the national, regional, and international levels, both within Palestine and abroad. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, along with other certifications and qualifications that enhance his competency in this field
