Overview
Agile is a topic of growing importance in project management. The Agile project management training course recognizes an individual’s expertise in using agile practices in their projects, while demonstrating their increased professional versatility through agile tools and techniques

Methodologies
This course offers an in-depth look at risk management through a PMI perspective and is delivered and presented as PowerPoint presentations that are explained by the trainer, while keeping trainees engaged via real-life examples, group discussions and activities, individual and team exercises in addition to roll playing. Flip boards, charts and infographics will be used to demonstrate key points. The training program is designed to provide participants with an active and relevant learning experience
Trainees will also be given multiple-choice questions at the end of each session to solidify their knowledge, as well as additional practice questions to take home and prepare for the exam, that will build your confidence and raise your chances of passing the PMI-ACP® Exam on your first attempt
